Run Analysis

Running is about utilizing a technique that uses the least amount of energy possible with the greatest forward momentum. 

  • Assessment of current running technique
  • Technique refinement to improve body position, cadence, foot position and flat / hill technique 
  • Access to an online data bank of your assessment videos and recommended drills

Running with Heart Rate & Pace

$99.00 + GST

Training with heart rate and pace is about learning about energy management, including proper pacing and monitoring training zones (intensity.) 

You will receive:

  • 7 heart rate and running pace zones
  • Training and racing application for each of these zones

Injury Coaching Session

$149.00 + GST

Move away from injury and towards your adventures. With this session you will focus on addressing muscle impingements, imbalances, mobility and flexibility concerns.  Injury coaching session includes:

  • An injury coaching assessment 
  • An injury coaching session
  • Training on how to avoid aggravating your current injury 
  • A custom training program designed to safely bring an athlete back to training
  • Online data bank of custom exercises and stretches made for you

There is no one 'right' running technique, it is about making what an athlete is currently doing, more efficient.
