The Bike Right System focuses on eliminating muscle imbalances, impingements, injury causing habits and inefficiencies by doing simple modifications to cycling technique, posture and sport specific movement. In addition to all of this an athlete is able to learn how to manage their energy with pacing and custom program
Bike fitting is about fitting your bike to your body so that you cycle in comfort and without pain for the duration of your ride. While cycling technique is about utilizing the least amount of energy possible with the greatest forward momentum.
