Bike Fit + Technique Analysis

$149.00 + GST

Bike fitting is about fitting your bike to your body so that you cycle in comfort and without pain for the duration of your ride. While cycling technique is about utilizing the least amount of energy possible with the greatest forward momentum.  

Fitting includes:

  • cleat positioning 
  • saddle selection
  • saddle and handlebar positioning
  • bike handling and body position such as comfort & aerodynamics

Biking with Power & Heart Rate

$99.00 + GST

Training with power and heart rate is about learning about energy management, including proper pacing and monitoring training zones (intensity.) 


After this session you will walk away with:

  • 7 heart rate and power training zones and the training application for each of the zones
  • A comprehensive knowledge base on how to use your power meter and heart rate monitor as performance based tools

Injury Coaching Session

$149.00 + GST

Move away from injury and towards your adventures. With this session you will focus on addressing muscle impingements, imbalances, mobility and flexibility concerns.  Injury coaching session includes:

  • An injury coaching assessment 
  • An injury coaching session
  • Training on how to avoid aggravating your current injury 
  • A custom training program designed to safely bring an athlete back to training
  • Online data bank of custom exercises and stretches made for you

There is no one 'right' cycling technique, it is about making what an athlete is currently doing, more efficient.
