Intuitively, Coach Mike has always identified and then tried to address structural imbalances when working with his athletes on injury prevention. Always wanting the best for his athletes, Mike received certification as a Foundational Movement Therapist in 2016 and has since then been able to take his injury prevention program to an even higher level of success.

What is Foundational Movement Therapy?

FMT is a therapy that gets to the root cause of injury or pain by assessing and then correcting a clients structural imbalances and everyday movement patterns such as walking, standing, sitting, sleeping and sport specific movements.
